Orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt if the order is placed between Saturday - Thursday. If the order is placed on Thursday after 12pm (GMT+2) - Friday, it will be shipped on Sunday.

Orders typically take a maximum of 5-10 business days to be received. Should you fail to receive your order within this time frame, please contact us, although it is very very rare that orders are delayed.
