If your product has NOT been opened or used, we will happily accept it back for a refund or exchange. For hygiene reasons, products can only be returned/exchanged if they are unopened, unused and in re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and unopened.
If you wish to refund or exchange a product, you will need to notify us via email within 7 calendar days of receiving your order. Any refund/exchange requests received after 7 days of delivery of said product(s) will not be honored.
Please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number in the subject title followed by the word “return”. Please state clearly in the email your reasons for return, and for which product. Exchanges are usually processed and dispatched within a 10 working days of receiving the goods back.
Please note that we can only exchange an item for the same product, the same product in a different scent, or for a different product of the same price or lower price than the original item (if lower we will refund the difference).

Your order will be treated as a return, subject to the return policy stated above, including the potential delay in processing.
If the order has not been shipped, we will also refund any shipping charges.
If the order has been shipped, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the package to us, as with any returns.
